The service offers a free account for small events and can be upgraded to handle the mass design and printing associated with larger occasions. Users first enter guest names to the Big.first.name website before choosing a template size and design that suits the event they are required for.

The web application automatically handles the printed rotation of text and template sizes are preconfigured, making the process quick and simple.
